Water projects are considered a major service provided by our corporate. Wales has implemented more than 97 projects all around the country.
CATERING DEPARTMENT
Catering services are efficiently and properly organized in each of the following locations: –
- Bashaer Camp
- Al-Hudi Camp
- Al-Jaili Camp
- Haya Camp
Performance reports as of this morning, Thursday, 30/10/2025, indicate that the service is being delivered in all its aspects across these camps with professionalism and high quality, resulting in complete customer satisfaction. It is noted that the above-mentioned camps are owned by the Petrolines for Crude Oil Company (PETCO).
CATERING DEPARTMENT
Wales Investment and Services Co. Ltd. provides integrated catering services to all staff at Hegleige oil field, totaling 450 customers, as well as to the staff at Bamboo field, totaling 35 customers. These fields are owned by 2B Petroleum Operating Company.
We thank Allah Almighty that Wales Company has continued to perform its full role despite challenges, circumstances and obstacles. The Wales team operating in these camps has been diligently performing their duties since April 2023 up to this day, 30/10/2025, with dedication and professionalism.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Wales Investment and Services Co. Ltd., through Project Management, (Department of Water) has carried out the drilling and installation of an underground water well with a depth of 850 feet in Shendi town, River Nile State, for Export Development Group Holding Co. Ltd. at Algimma Agricultural Project.
The drilling and installation of the well were successfully completed on 14/10/2025 with a productivity rate of 90 gallons per hour.
The work was supervised by a team headed by: –
· Engineer/ Mohamed Ibrahim Abdelrahman, Head of Water Projects Department.
· Engineer/ Muawia Khalil Ali, Manager of Project Management Office
Geology Design of Technical & Geological Studies
Wales has carried out eighty-six technical and engineering studies for deep-groundwater wells at North Abyei, West Kordofan State. These studies are owned and financed by the Dam Implementation Unit – Ministry of Electricity and Dams. The design and preparation of the technical, engineering and geological studies also included a great number of hafirs and dams.
Wales also designed and prepared many studies included rehabilitation and maintenance of Blue Nile State dams in favor of the Dam Implementation Unit. These geophysical studies are executed within the framework of an integrated program for Water Harvesting at West Kordofan State. The purpose of these studies is to prepare wells’ design and determine materials of construction. The benefit of this project is to provide potable water for both humans and animals.
Digging Deep-ground Water Wells & Hafirs
The most prominent of different water projects implemented by the Company within the framework of construction is the construction and maintenance of dams at the Blue Nile state and construction of hafirs at Alragba Alzarga area, construction of hafirs at Gadarif State and Khartoum State; and the construction of a number of cities water networks, digging and installation of deep ground-water wells.
Installation of Water Networks
In the field of implementation and installation of water networks, Wales executed several projects, such as Babanusa town water network, Abu-Jibaiha town water network, al-Abbasiya town water network, Al-Tartar town water network, Gadarif water transfer scheme, Gadarif internal water networks, Al-Nuhoud and Eyal Bakheet water pipelines project, Al-Obeid town new water pipelines project, and completion of Al-Mujlad town water network.
Successful project
Construction of Water Pipelines of Eyal-Bakheet & Al-Nuhoud Region
The largest water project for rural areas since Independence. This project provides potable water for (25) villages at the same time, through HDPE pipelines with a length of 140 Kilometers.
Northern Lot
Begins from Um Albadri to Eyal Bakheet area, covering the following villages: (Um Albadri, Wad Albadri, Fa’fa’a, Shung, Korniya, Shigaifat, Umniger, Biraima Alrasheed, Mohamado, Um Nala, Shatta and Eyal Bakheet)
Western Lot
Begins from Jabel Haidoub to Jubara Abu Raida area, covering the following villages: (Wad Bagari, Tabir Albushari, Kanjara, Alghabasha, Wad Abu Sag, Aljam, Wad Shieifoun, Um Kashawa, Jubara, Jamil Alla, Shainbat and Abu Raida)
